At JAMPAT’S, your safety is our priority. Please read this page carefully before placing an order, especially if you or anyone in your household has a food allergy or intolerance.
Our food safety registration
JAMPAT'S is registered as a food business with Reading Borough Council. We are currently awaiting our first food hygiene inspection, which we expect shortly. We follow safe food handling, preparation, and hot-holding practices in line with UK Food Standards Agency guidance at every stage, from cooking to delivery.
Allergen information
Under UK law, there are 14 recognised major allergens. Our dishes may contain, or come into contact with, one or more of the following:
Celery, Cereals containing gluten, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Soya, Sulphur dioxide/sulphites

Cross-contamination notice
JAMPAT'S meals are prepared in a domestic kitchen that handles multiple allergens, including gluten, dairy, nuts, and others. While we take care with preparation, utensils, and storage to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of any allergen.
If you have a severe allergy or intolerance
Please contact us directly via Call, Text or WhatsApp on 07386 470581 before placing your order, so we can talk through your requirements and confirm whether we’re able to prepare your meal safely. If we’re not confident we can accommodate a severe allergy safely, we will let you know honestly rather than risk your health.
