If you pay by card, payment details are processed directly by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe/Wix Payments or SumUp). We do not store your full card details ourselves.

We use this information to: process and deliver your order, contact you about your order (e.g. delays, substitutions), respond to enquiries or complaints, and meet our legal obligations (e.g. financial record-keeping).

Who we share it with


Your delivery address and order details are shared with our delivery driver so your order can reach you. Payment information is processed by our payment providers, who have their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Marketing contact from events

At pop-up events, we may ask for your phone number so we can contact you about upcoming delivery dates, availability and future events. We only use your number this way if you've agreed to be contacted at the time we collect it. You can opt out of these messages at any time by replying "STOP" or telling us directly via WhatsApp, and we will remove your number from future contact.

Where you contact us


If you order or message us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook, your data is also subject to that platform's own privacy policy, as they process and store messages on their systems. We only use information shared this way to fulfil your order and respond to your enquiry.

How long we keep it


We retain order and customer data for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, handle any complaints, and meet legal/tax record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
