Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with JAMPAT'S ("we," "us," "our"), a trading name of JAMPATS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No: 17200220, Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

1. Placing an order

Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp (+447386470581), Instagram, or Facebook. Pre-orders can be placed up to 7 days in advance of your chosen delivery date, for delivery on Fridays, Saturdays and/or Sundays. Orders placed via WhatsApp or social media are confirmed once we reply confirming availability, price, and delivery slot. An order is not guaranteed until you receive this confirmation.

2. Menu availability

All dishes are subject to availability. Occasionally an item may sell out or be unavailable on a given week; if this happens after you've ordered, we will contact you to offer a substitute or refund for that item.

3. Delivery

We currently deliver across Reading on:

Fridays, 6pm–9pm
Saturdays, 1pm–9pm
Sundays, 1pm–6pm

There is a flat-rate delivery fee of £2.99. Estimated delivery windows will be confirmed with your order; times may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand.

4. Payment

Orders placed on our website can be paid online at the time of ordering, by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Or by selecting Cash on Delivery at checkout, paid on delivery by cash or card using our driver’s card machine. Orders placed via WhatsApp or social media can be paid online using a payment link sent by us, or on delivery by cash or card using our driver’s card machine.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Pre-orders paid online (website or payment link): Orders may be cancelled free of charge up until midday on the day of delivery. Cancellations must be made via WhatsApp on 07386 470581.

Pre-orders via WhatsApp/social media awaiting payment: Payment must be received by midday the day before delivery. Unpaid orders may be cancelled and the slot reallocated without further notice.

Live orders (placed on the day): Orders may be cancelled free of charge before we accept the order. Once accepted for preparation, a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value will apply, as ingredients will already be in preparation.

For orders paid online, any applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund, with the remainder returned to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. For orders paid on delivery, any applicable cancellation fee will be requested at the time of cancellation. We reserve the right to decline future orders from customers who do not honour applicable cancellation fees.

6. Order alterations

If you'd like to add to or change your order after it has been placed, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Alterations can only be made before we begin preparing your order and are subject to availability. We're unable to guarantee changes once preparation has started, and any changes made after acceptance may be treated as a new item added to your existing order rather than a substitution.

7. Allergens & food safety

JAMPAT'S is a registered food business with Reading Borough Council. Please see our Allergen Info page for full allergen details before ordering. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergy or intolerance before placing an order.

8. Our right to refuse an order

We reserve the right to decline any order, including where we cannot confidently accommodate a stated allergy or intolerance, where an item is unavailable, or where the delivery address falls outside our current delivery area.

9. Complaints

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
